None of the information below affects your statutory rights. We are an independent UK based company and all contracts for the sale of goods entered into by ksponline on the website will be subject to the laws of England and Wales( Northern Ireland).
By placing an order via our website ksponline.co.uk, you are offering to purchase a product agreeing upon and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order placed.
When you purchase products from us, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Delivery takes usually between 4-10working days ( exclude Saturday, Sunday)
The cost of delivery is as stated in your order.
When acknowledgement of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and when full payment has been received or other alternative arrangements has been made with your Bank’s acceptance, a contract deemed to have been made between us. Thereafter we will send you a “confirmation of order”. We have included this term to protect us in the case that an error has occured in pricing, or inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
The cost of delivery is as stated on your order.
We can usually arrange delivery between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
But the times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any setbacks resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
When the courier arrives for delivery, if you are unavailable to accept delivery of your order, then you can request that our courier leaves it in a safe place or with a neighbour by communicating with the courier directly. However, we regret that we cannot accept responsibility for subsequent damage or loss that may occur, once the order has been left at the different address other than the address stated on your order.
If at first attempt the courier fails to deliver the order, then the courier will leave a card at your address and you will have to make arrangements to receive the order from the courier. The courier will try to deliver the order once more, and you may be subject to further charges, or your order may be returned to us automatically. You will receive communication from the courier
RETURNS & REFUNDS

We will NOT accept returns if;
- The item has been found visibly used or worn.
- The item is marked or dirty in any way.

Items that are returned after the 14 day period will be returned to you unless exceptional circumstances apply. Please note that if you are returning your item(s) for a refund you must inform us within 14 days.

On return in the event that extra payment is required for an exchange, a member of the returns team will give you a call to take payment.
If you have requested a refund, please allow 72 hours from processing the return request for the funds to reach your account. All refunds are credited to the original method used to pay for the product when you placed the order.

Unfortunately, from time to time items may become unavailable, we will do our best to minimise this occurrence however if it should happen then we will contact you to suggest an appropriate alternative.
PRICE & PAYMENT
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling. Our prices include value-added tax, and duty unless otherwise specified. Any delivery charges are additional. We accept payment by Access, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron and Paypal.
We utilise secure servers and secure socket layer technology for the transfer of credit card details. We will continue to implement the latest technology as it becomes available to guarantee our customers peace of mind and safe shopping. There are also security measures in place to protect our customer database and access to it is restricted within the company.
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
We can appreciate the annoyance of unsolicited mail through your mailbox, so under no circumstances we will pass on any of our valued client’s details without their permission to any third parties. All information is processed in accordance with legal requirements.
